Point it at a meeting transcript and it writes one self-contained HTML page: a topic timeline showing what got picked back up, a ledger of where every thread landed with the verbatim line that proves it, the loops left open, the commitments, and who held the floor.
The real output, unedited. Open it and hover the timeline bars.
Counts are measured; states are inferred. Turns, timings and word counts come straight from the transcript. Every state is a judgment, so each one carries the line it was read from — check the quote before you act on it.
The file stores word counts, not words. A turn is
[speaker, seconds, wordCount], so the charts are exact while the transcript never
leaves your machine. The only verbatim text is the dozen or so lines chosen as receipts. That is
what makes a ledger safe to send to someone who was not in the room.
